BotWithUs End User License Agreement

By installing, accessing, or using BotWithUs software or services, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use BotWithUs.
1. License
BotWithUs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the software.
2. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use BotWithUs and for following all applicable laws, rules, and third-party terms.
BotWithUs does not guarantee that the software will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every system.
3. Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect while you use BotWithUs.
BotWithUs LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate this agreement or misuse the service.
When your access is terminated, you must stop using the software and services.
4. Intellectual Property
All BotWithUs software, branding, content, and related intellectual property belong to BotWithUs LLC or its licensors.
This EULA does not give you ownership of any BotWithUs intellectual property.
5. Disclaimer
BotWithUs is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." BotWithUs LLC makes no warranties that the service will always be available, secure, accurate, or free from errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotWithUs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use BotWithUs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotWithUs LLC's total liability related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to BotWithUs during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
8. Changes
BotWithUs LLC may update this EULA from time to time. The updated version will be posted on botwithus.com and will include a new "Last Updated" date.
9. Agreement
By using BotWithUs, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this EULA.
