BotWithUs Services

All BotWithUs services including access subscriptions and additional session purchases are strictly non-refundable.

Script Marketplace

At its sole discretion, BotWithUs may grant a refund in cases where:

  • A script is proven to be non-functional, you have made attempts to report the issues, and the developer fails to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • A script is found to contain malicious code, exploits, or undermines the security of the BotWithUs platform
  • A script is significantly misrepresented, meaning it does not function as advertised or lacks promised features

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any successful refund is provided in credit to the users' wallet. No refunds are transferable for cash.
All refund requests must be submitted to Sales Support on Discord for review.
BotWithUs recommends you read the script requirements prior to purchasing access.

Client Downtime and Refunds

All BotWithUs services including access subscriptions and additional session purchases are strictly non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be granted for client or script downtime caused by game updates, server outages, or external factors beyond the developer’s control
  • Client time is non-refundable during downtime.
  • Script subscription time may be adjusted if downtime is significant relative to the purchased duration (e.g., a 1-day downtime on a 2-day purchase). Adjustments are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case.
  • If a script becomes non-functional due to a client-related issue, the developer has 14 days to implement a fix.
  • If the script remains broken after 14 days, users may request staff review for a possible refund.
  • If the script downtime exceeds 30 days, staff may issue automatic refunds and remove the script from the marketplace at their discretion

Refunds will not be provided for user-related issues, including but not limited to:
* Misuse, improper setup, or failure to follow instructions
* Hardware or system incompatibility
* Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with performance if the script functions as described.
